  • 192 calls were received to 1890 600 800, selecting the option “To make a complaint…” 99% were answered within 60 seconds.
  • 176 complaints were received.
  • 170 complaints were closed.
  • 3 referrals of incidents requiring independent investigation (due to some form of Garda contact prior to a death or serious injury) received from the Garda Síochána.
  • Average of 23 Days for requests for information/documentation from the Garda Síochana to be fulfilled.
