Information Report from the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission at the completion of the investigation into the complaints of Ian Bailey, Catherine ‘Jules’ Thomas and Marie Farrell

GSOC’s report at the completion of its investigation into complaints by Mr Ian Bailey, Ms Catherine “Jules” Thomas and Ms Marie Farrell is published today. The investigation was undertaken on foot of complaints by Mr Bailey, Ms Thomas and Ms Farrell relating to the murder investigation conducted by gardaí into the death of Ms Sophie Toscan du Plantier on 23 December 1996.

This information report, pursuant of section 103 of the Garda Síochána Act, 2005, has been sent to the complainants and other interested parties.
