GSOC Public Office Open by Appointment Only due to COVID-19 Restrictions

In accordance with the Government’s most recent announcements, the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission’s (GSOC) will reopen the GSOC Public Office by appointment only on Tuesday 26 October 2021.  This will restore the facility to make a complaint in person which had been suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Visitors must wear a face covering while attending the public office.

GSOC’s overall services continue to operate and you can make a complaint:

  • By accessing GSOC’s online complaint form through our website, gardaombudsman.ie
  • By email to complaints@gsoc.ie
  • By post
  • At a Garda Station where you can complete a complaint form.

GSOC continues with this course of action to protect the public and our staff against the spread of COVID-19.
