GSOC seeking a Director of Investigations and Operations (5 year fixed term)

The Public Appointments Service (PAS) on behalf of the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) has launched a recruitment campaign for a Director of Investigations and Operations. The Director of Investigations and Operations is a key senior leadership position within GSOC. The Director will actively support the Commission and collaborate with the Director of Administration in leading GSOC through the next five years of significant change, as the organisation manages the transition to new statutory arrangements envisaged in the General Scheme of the Policing Security and Community Safety Bill.

Candidates will be expected to act ethically and in accordance with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and fairness at all times in keeping with GSOC’s core values.

The successful candidates will be based in GSOC headquarters at 150 Upper Abbey Street, Dublin 1.
