GSOC completes its first examination under section 106 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005.
The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission presented its examination into practice, policy and procedure in regard to the Fixed Charge Processing System as operated by the Garda Síochána to the Minister for Justice Equality and Law Reform, Dermot Ahern T.D. on 25th May 2009. The examination was undertaken under section 106 of the Garda Síochána Act 2005.
