Mr Ray Leonard

The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission’s Deputy Director of Investigations is Mr. Ray Leonard.  Mr. Leonard has served as manager of the Competition Authority Cartel Division and has considerable experience in a law enforcement role. He worked on the Ansbacher inquiry while serving in the Revenue Commissioners’ Investigation Branch.
